Returns

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product or if it does not function properly, we kindly ask you to initially send an email to: info@partszone.nl .

We will do our best to assist you via email and resolve the issue. If we are unable to find a solution and the product turns out to be defective upon receipt, we will credit the shipping costs. It is important to note that once a part has been installed and it is subsequently found not to be functioning, we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns. If the part no longer works within the warranty period (see the warranty page), we can only take it back if it is returned in unaltered condition.

If you want to make use of the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must bear the shipping costs yourself. When using the right of withdrawal, you can return the part without giving a reason. We do ask that you first send an email with your request, so that we are aware of the return shipment. The part must of course be unused.
